Aplikacja substancji leczniczych w proponowanej formie spowoduje uproszczenie schematu leczenia. Kontrolowane uwalnianie leku nie wymaga bowiem zwi\u0119kszenia dawki oraz cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci podawania leku potrzebnych do uzyskania efektu to\u017csamego z rezultatem stosowania leku o natychmiastowym uwalnianiu. Wp\u0142ywa to r\u00f3wnie\u017c na popraw\u0119 profilu tolerancji pacjenta na lek oraz ograniczenie wyst\u0105pienia i minimalizuje nast\u0119pstwa powik\u0142a\u0144 post-farmakologicznych.
